ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first agency in St. Charles in 2016 and expanded with a second location in St. Peters in 2022. My journey with State Farm started right after college, inspired by my uncle, who worked as a sales team member with the company. Before becoming an agent, I was a college basketball player—a passion that taught me teamwork, discipline, and leadership, all of which I bring to the business every day.

I’ve been married for 12 years and am a proud dad to three young kids (ages 7, 6, and 4). When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me hunting, golfing, or spending time with my family. I’m also deeply committed to giving back, serving on the board of our local Boys & Girls Club and supporting community initiatives that make a difference.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Zach Plackemeier - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
